Local SEO

The part of search that small practices actually need.

Most practices don't need to rank nationally. They need to show up when someone in their city searches for their service. That's a different job.

The work

Five things, done monthly.

  1. 01

    Google Business Profile.

We audit, fix, and maintain your profile. This is the highest-leverage lever in local search, and most practices get it wrong in ways that are easy to diagnose and fix.

  2. 02

    Citation cleanup and building.

Your practice name, address, and phone appear across dozens of directories. We clean up inconsistencies and build presence where you're missing. Consistency is worth more than volume here.

  3. 03

    Review infrastructure.

A simple, automated request system that asks for reviews at the right moments — not every moment — and makes the review process easy. Paired with systematic response to every review, good or bad.

  4. 04

    Structured data.

The schema markup that tells search engines what your site is, where you are, and what you do. Most practice sites are missing this entirely.

  5. 05

    Monthly reporting.

Actual metrics, in plain language. Local ranking changes, traffic movement, review velocity, Google Business Profile interactions. No vanity metrics.

Honest scope

We do not do guaranteed rankings. Anyone who guarantees you'll rank first is either lying or planning to use tactics that will get you penalized.

We do not do national SEO. If your practice competes with firms in other cities, we are the wrong vendor. There are specialists for that work and it's a different discipline.

We do not do backlink schemes, guest-post farms, or PBN work. The tactics that worked in 2015 don't work now, and the ones that still work would get your practice's domain flagged.

Pricing

$400 per month. One tier.

One tier because the work is the same whether your practice is a three-person firm or a twelve-provider group. Larger practices with more locations or specialty focus areas are priced individually after the intake.

Three-month minimum. Local SEO produces meaningful movement in months two and three, and reporting that early from month one would be premature. After three months, it's month-to-month.

Common questions

Questions we get asked.

How fast do we see results?

Meaningful ranking movement usually shows up in month two. Review velocity moves within the first few weeks if your practice has a reasonable client flow. Traffic changes are the last to move and often take three to four months.

What about SEO that isn't local?

For most practice clients, we don't recommend it. If your buyers are finding you by searching for your service plus your city, local SEO covers 90% of the opportunity. The other 10% is expensive to chase.

Will this work with my existing site?

Usually yes. A site that loads slowly, has broken structure, or is built on a platform that hides content from search engines can limit results — but most practice sites are fine. We audit as the first step and tell you honestly if something structural needs to change.

Can I cancel any time?

Three-month minimum. After that, yes.
